Review of the New Federal Transportation Bill - MAP-21

I review the new federal transportation bill - MAP -21 and conclude that it's much like the current bill. This fact should come as a relief to all those in the transit industry, as at one point Congressional Republicans had attempted to write public transit out of the bill altogether. Hopefully in 2014 (this bill is only in effect for two years) Congress will come up with something more comprehensive.
